MEC announces the new global “Eduroam” Wi-Fi service

Middle East College (MEC) has recently announced the new Wi-Fi service; named “Eduroam”; World Wide Education Roaming for Research and Education, as part of its contribution in offering an easy internet access for its students on an international level. Eduroam is a global internet service that enables students, staff and researchers from the participating institutions to use the service in over 6000 eduroam hotspots available at universities, academies, research centers, schools and educational institutions in about 90 countries around the world.

Dr. Smitha Nair, Head- Centre for Postgraduate Studies at MEC, conducted a workshop on “Bioinformatics in Biotechnology” at Waljat College of Applied Sciences (WCAS) on Wednesday, the 25th October 2017.
