1582 MEC’s Students elect 17 candidates for the Student Advisory Council

The Student Advisory Council (SAC) elections at Middle East College (MEC) were completed successfully on Wednesday, the 25th October 2017. A total of 1582 MEC’s students elected 17 candidates including Manasa Rajeev, Saba Al Kadhimi, Salwa Mohsin, Haitham Al Balushi, Ola Gamal, Sultana Al Mamari, Duaa Zafar, Nasiba Al Riyami, Azir Al Zadjali, Teba Fadhil, Raqiya Al Farsi, Mohamed Al Rawahi, Maiya Al Harthi, Aiman Firdous, Doha El Yatmi, Abdullah Al Hinai, Sana Sakkeer. In addition, the SAC formation process will be conducted on the 31st of October 2017 and it will be followed with the announcement of the SAC President, Vice President, the Academic Affairs Committee members, Student Services Committee members and the Activities & Initiatives Committee members.

It is worth mentioning that the SAC is playing a major role at MEC where it acts as a communication bridge between the students and the management. Moreover, the SAC is responsible for communicating the students’ community issues and suggestions to the concerned people as part of MEC’s management efforts to build the trust and confident in its students.
