MEC, as a responsible Higher Education Institution, believes in holistic development of its students, who in addition to having the required professional skills should also have necessary life skills so that they are effective contributors in the society. For this, the students need to be provided with a platform wherein they acquire new and showcase existing life skills.

This unit is one of the most important and central unit at the Middle East College since it is responsible for developing and strengthening life skills in students through extra-curricular activities which give students a platform to exhibit and showcase their skills and talents through events that are organized within or outside the college, both at the national and international level.

The Student Activities Unit (SAU) conducts activities through 18 students clubs, all announced at the beginning of the academic session in the form of an Activities Calendar. All the activities are aligned with the strategic guidelines of the college namely professional competence, cultural confidence, societal commitment and entrepreneurial skills.
