Asif Tahir (10s6048) – B.Eng. (Hons) in Wireless Networks
I joined the Middle East College in during spring 2010. Before coming here I went through the details of many colleges and their course plans but I preferred this college over all the other colleges for many reasons. First, since I’m working, the college offers a very flexible timetable and course plan to the student who is working besides the regular students. Second, they have the fully trained, professional, friendly and very cooperative professors in the college , after I joined the college I came to know more good aspects of the college like they have the student council to listen to the student problems, different club activities to sharpen students skills ,a sports hall in which students can play basketball, cricket and football. Recently, they also introduced the houses in the college to develop the atmosphere of competition among the students so they can improve fast and also to motivate them.

With the passage of time, the number of students joining keeps on increasing because of the resources available and the standard of the studies. New campuses to provide more facilities to the students are added. Middle East College has one of the best library and computer lab in Oman among all the colleges, which allow the students to do research and seek knowledge. The college has project lab for the implementation of the project for diploma and bachelors student Overall Middle East College helped me and other students in developing the technical, educational and social skills. This is the best college in the Oman. According to a study, Middle East college is ranked the 2nd among all colleges and I am proud to be the student of this college.
