Qualification Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Software Technology
Entry Requirements Candidates seeking direct admission to the programme mentioned should possess a:
• General Education Diploma (Equivalent to 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification)
• General Foundation Programme (GFP) Certificate issued by MEC.

Further, candidates should pass the Placement Test conducted by MEC which includes English, Mathematics and Computing components. To be exempted from English Language in the Foundation Programme, candidates require a 5.5 score on IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or its equivalent and to be exempted from the Computing component of the GFP, they should have successfully completed the ICDL or IC3. In addition, candidates will have to pass the Math component of the college Placement Test.

This programme equips you with the knowledge and skills that are important and relevant to different areas of Software Technology such as computer architecture and databases.
Graduates of this programme will be qualified to work in a range of positions from entry level programming to lead information system analysts. This programme will provide you with the skills you need to successfully design and develop distributed business applications and work in a variety of organisations such as IT companies as well as government and private institutions.
